If you purchase Jobber’s Card Reader, your customers can pay on the spot without you having to wait for the down payment to process. The reader costs $59.99 plus tax and shipping and is available only for US customers.

Task automation: Field service task automation is another feature we highly appreciate about Jobber. Through this feature, business owners can automatically move information from Jobber to about 1,500 different web apps, such as Google Suite, Facebook, WordPress, etc. This feature is included in the Jobber’s Grow plan, and users need to set up a Zapier account to use this integration.

Zapier’s APIs enable you to automate data transfers between applications. In simple terms, this integration allows you to send information from the Jobber platform to over 1,500 different apps. This integration helps users build fast processes and eliminate any duplicate information along the way.


Mailchimp is a marketing automation platform that allows you to run personalized marketing campaigns. Jobber integrates with Mailchimp, allowing you to sync your contacts, send newsletters or postcards, and email campaigns with one of the customizable templates at your disposal.

Mailchimp also provides over 100 templates to help you create branded emails and make your business stand out. And if none of the templates suit your needs, you can create your own. 


Stripe is a payments platform, and Jobber uses it to let you process card payments, both online and (if you’re in the US and purchase a card reader from Jobber) offline. Through Stripe, businesses can easily accept payments, send payouts, and manage their businesses online.


By integrating with Thumbtack, Jobber offers users a way to make themselves more visible: Potential customers can find them through Thumbtack and book their appointments through this integration, too. Whenever a new appointment is booked, users will receive a new booking notification in Jobber with all the necessary information.

This integration is available on the Connect and Grow plans, and users need to have a Thumbtack account to use this feature.

Jobber has three pricing packages suitable for different business or team sizes: Core, Connect, and Grow. All the plans can be paid monthly or annually.

Unfortunately, this platform does not have a free version. However, you can get a 14-day free trial that gives you access to all the features in the app without adding your billing info.


The Core plan is the lowest priced one, restricted to a single user. With it, you can organize scheduling, quoting, and invoicing. You also get one-on-one product support via phone, live chat, and email. It includes over 20 built-in reports that make it easy to track your business and see how it progresses over time. 

If you choose a monthly subscription, you'll be charged $69 per month, while the annual plan, at $588, lowers the monthly rate to $49.


The Connect plan is the most popular option. It helps users create efficient processes with its automation options, adds Jobber’s QuickBooks integration, and includes plenty of additional tracking possibilities. It includes automated emails and text messages, GPS tracking, time and expense tracking possibility, and more.

This plan allows up to five users, billed at $169 per month or $1,788 annually (i.e., $149 monthly).


The Grow plan is the top tier, providing access to all of Jobber’s features. You can scale your home-based business with significant marketing and sales automation tools. This includes markups, automated quote and invoice follow-ups, email and postcard marketing, Zapier integration, and more.

It allows up to 15 users, and if your company or team expands beyond this, you can add additional members for $19 per month. The monthly subscription fee for this plan is $349 a month, while the annual fee is $2,988, equivalent to $249 per month.
